OVERVIEW: Best Buy has a robust Trade-In initiative for in-store and online. The work reflected below covers two campaigns (Fall & Spring).
CREATIVE OBJECTIVE: Develop creative to generate awareness of the Trade-In value prop.
SOLUTION: The creative concept is based around the idea that customers have a number of electronic items in and around their home which may have Trade-In value. In addition, for some products such as phones and tablets, upgrading is a strong possibility and the cost can be mitigated with Trade-In. For those customers who's electronic does not have any value, they can take advantage of recycling from Best Buy.
